WoW: Warlords Of Draenor Brings Exciting Changes For PvP Gear

War looms on the horizon, Warlords of Draenor development continues, we wanted to share some exciting changes coming to PvP gear and how you’ll earn it in the expansion.

In Mists of Pandaria we introduced the PvP Power stat, which allowed PvP gear to be functionally superior to raid and dungeon gear in PvP combat without exceeding the value of its equivalent PvE gear in PvE content. That was largely a success in instanced PvP Arenas and Battlegrounds, but we think we can do better—while also granting players those same benefits in outdoor world PvP. So, in Warlords of Draenor, we’re taking a different approach.

PvP gear in Warlords will no longer have PvP-specific stats. Instead, it will scale up to a higher item level as soon as you enter a designated PvP area, such as an Arena or Battleground, or as soon as you enter PvP combat anywhere else in the world. If you’re out questing with PvP gear, your items’ base item level will be used while fighting back the Iron Horde, but the second that raiding Druid tries to gank you, your higher PvP item level kicks in and you’ll have the upper hand. Each piece of PvP gear will have its PvP item level displayed clearly on its tooltip, so there’s no guesswork involved.

On top of that, all gear—even gear found in PvE content—will be scaled up to a certain minimum item level in any designated PvP area. That minimum is still lower than any of the actual PvP gear, but a fresh level-100 character who’s just wearing some dungeon gear, or even whatever they picked up while questing, will not be at quite as severe a disadvantage should they choose to step into a Skirmish or Random Battleground.

One added benefit of this new system is that most PvE gear will no longer need to be downscaled in PvP areas, as the equivalent PvP gear is already a higher item level in PvP situations. Instead of making players wearing PvE gear feel weaker in PvP, this makes it so players wearing PvP gear feel stronger. The only exception is Mythic raid gear. Mythic’s PvE item level and Conquest’s PvP item level are very close, so we’ll be downscaling Mythic gear slightly in designated PvP areas just to make sure that Conquest gear remains the best available for PvP.

Blizzard Review World of Warcraft Raiding Design History

A new raiding game will be coming to World of Warcraft with this fall's Warlords of Draenor, and as part of this transition Blizzard is penning a series of dev blogs looking at the past and future of raiding design. The first one is up on the site, covering everything from launch through Wrath of the Lich King.

"In many ways, that was the most challenging aspect of classic WoW raiding: the logistics of assembling and maintaining a sufficient roster with sufficient gear," the studio posted.

Blizzard said that reducing the maximum size of raids in The Burning Crusade had two objectives: to improve the gameplay experience for members of raid groups and to make raiding more accessible in terms of requirements. But it was Wrath of the Lich King's many patches that really shaped the raiding scene into what it's become today, the studio said.

5.4.7 Hotfixes Updates: April 28

Here you'll find a list of hotfixes that address various issues related to the recently released World of Warcraft patch 5.4.7. Hotfixes are updates we make on our end without requiring you to download a new patch. Some of the hotfixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require your realm to be restarted to go into effect. Please keep in mind that some issues cannot be addressed without a client-side patch update. We will continue to update this list as additional hotfixes are applied.

Around Azeroth: Plant a Seed Before Reading

Nascent blood elf paladin Tienston of Argent Dawn (US-H) is faced with his first really challenging quest, and he's not sure how to proceed without revealing a shameful secret. You see, while in school, Tienston was so busy working on his hammer-throwing skills, memorizing all the seals and blessings, and playing on the varsity lacrosse team (come on, you know that belfadins are innate lacrosse types) that he never learned how to read. Please, won't you help elves like Tienston today? Whenever you see a blood elf player looking at something with writing on it, stand behind them and loudly instruct them on what those letters mean in /yell. I'm sure they'll appreciate it.

2014 Children's Week Guide (April 28 – May 5)

2014 Children's Week is coming! It takes place once a year in Orgrimmar, Stormwind, Dalaran, and Shattrath City. This is a week in which we brave a challenge greater than any undead monstrosity and a task more arduous than saving the world. We must be sure that all of the orphans throughout Azeroth are happy. And the best way to achieve this is to equip your toys, make a mage conjure a candy table, fill your quiver with joy, load your gun with something colorful, and venture into the World of Parenting!
Children's Week begins on April 28th at 11:01 AM (server time) and ends on May 5th at 11:00 AM.Due to the advent of Cataclysm, Children's Week was changed in 2011 to have two new pets and redone locations for the initial tier of quests.

There's nothing new in 2014, but since all vanity pets are now battle pets in Mists of Pandaria, you might be more interested in collecting pets this expansion! Since battle pets are also account-wide, you can collect different sets of pets on your alts to round out your collection faster.

If you already have all the pets, be sure to pick up Magical Pet Biscuit--the reward for repeating the holiday, even if you can't get any pets!

More Warlords of Draenor Flying Information

Community Manager Bashiok has again been waxing lyrical on the topic of flying in Warlords of Draenor. The TL;DR is as follows:

1.Flight paths will be far quicker and more efficient than they currently are.

2.Draenor is having max-level content zones, not just to level through but to quest through. The devs feel it's important that this content is enjoyed as it's meant to be by players, and that means from the ground.

3.They not intending to slow anyone down, and we’re going to make sure that players can get where they want to go efficiently through more direct flight points, and potentially alternate travel methods.

Revisit the Molten Core

This weekend, Blizzard has begun a new series of blogs revisiting old raid content. Penned by community manager Daxxari, the first installment of Re-visiting Heroism's Past takes a look at Molten Core. Daxxari's guide includes a list of bosses, their most interesting drops, the battle pets added in the more recent past, and other tips for relative beginners to the game.

Interesting to veteran players and game historians is the mouseover links in the post which provide tidbits of Molten Core history. Long-time players already know of the auction house shenanigans that occurred with Baron Geddon's Living Bomb, but it may be new information to discover that Molten Core nearly failed to make the final cut in World of Warcraft. According to the post, developers finished the dungeon in a single week, with Jeff Kaplan handling spawning and creature placement, Scott Mercer designing the bosses, Bob Fitch designing the loot, and Pat Nagle creating the Hydraxis questline. Molten Core was originally conceived as a single room where players would face Ragnaros. Everything else came much later.

Meet the Teams Behind Azeroth Choppers

Azeroth Choppers -- Alliance-side captain Chris Metzen and Horde-side captain Samwise Didier are both famous faces of Blizzard Entertainment. However, people are not so familiar with the other members of each team: Terran Justice Gregory and Monte Krol of the Alliance, and Gary Platner and Jason Hutchins of the Horde. To let people get acquainted with them, Blizzard recently put up an official blog post about the teams, including mini-interviews with the team members about the show itself.

Terran, Monte, Gary, and Jason all answer questions about their connection to the factions they're representing in the bike build-off, and their answers may surprise and delight you! They also detail the artistic process behind consolidating designs for the bikes. There's encouragement for fans of both factions, and an interesting discussion about how the winning bike will be implemented into the game. There is also, of course, some tongue-in-cheek trash talking on both sides. The whole interview is a neat behind-the-scenes glimpse into the folks behind Azeroth Choppers, and a good bit of fun.

Further MMR Adjustments for Rated Battlegrounds

You may recall that some fixes were made to MMR tolerance in order to repair the ladders after a bug. However, these changes seems did not work to effectively to rectify the issues for players of Rated Battlegrounds. It means that, for this far less played discipline, MMR issues have not self-corrected.

To solve this, Blizzard has applied a hotfix that will increase everyone’s MMR in the Rated Battleground. This change can be applied to everyone. With the initial increased tolerance in MMR to rating parity, this should result in everyone gaining points for wins.

Latest WoW Sources: PvP and Class Changes

WoW Source has made a return, with Senior PvP Designer Brian Holinka Lead Encounter Designer Ion Hazzikostas, and Lead Class Designer Kris Zierhut. They're talking PvP and Class Design. Viewers will get a sneak peek at the new PvP zone Ashran and learn more about the return of Skirmishes.
■Diminishing Returns categories have been cut from thirteen to five.
■Fear's PvP duration has been reduced from eight seconds to five.
■CC needs reduction, but without it the game would be boring.
■In WoD every PvP item will have two item levels, e.g. 550 for PvE and 590 for PvP. This will be effective in the world too.
■We saw an early map and description of Ashran -- looks like a League of Legends style ARAM-esque back-and-forth with other activities around the main central run.
■There was some more information on Skirmishes, they may drop Conquest gear, and will drop bags containing Honor, Honor gear, or gold.
■Tanking will not go back to being about Threat
■Button Bloat has focused on redundant or duplicative abilities
■Sometimes cutting or simplifying buttons has made class flavor/fantasy better.
■They do want to give players new things where appropriate, but they need to free up some space to do so.
■The devs do their best to avoid different spell behaviors in PvP.
■The devs endeavor to make classes fun to play without affecting their numbers.
■The devs are listening to feedback and nothing is final.

The Russian Player Хируко Unlocks All 2057 WoW Achievements

Russian player has become the very first person to earn all 21,995 total achievement points possible in World of Warcraft. This human priest has filled out every single bar in every achievement category and has racked up 205 Feats of Strength along the way, as well. No, it wasn't one of the Blizzard devs, but a rather enthusiastic Russian player who managed to unlock every single achievement in World of Warcraft (that's 2057 at the moment) and an extra 205 of the ~300 Feats of Strengths unlocked.
Technically this means he has nothing left to do (collect missing mounts, maybe?) until the next expansion, Warlords of Draenor, arrives. Here's a shot from his Battle.net profile. Yup, that's all of the currently available 21995 achievement points.
And there's a shot from WowProgress, where you can see the leaderboards. There are a few other players missing one or two achievements there.
This guy even managed to snag a lot of Realm Firsts. He was able to level up every single class to max level first on his server. How's that possible? He transferred to a low population realm with his guildmates, and while he played on multiple accounts simultaneously, his friends were busy killing everyone trying to get to level 90.
Well, that's not a nice thing to do. No surprise that Blizzard's removing Realm First achievements from Warlords of Draenor.
And while maxing out on achievements in WoW has been done before, he's the first to do it all over again with all of the additional Mists of Pandaria and endgame content.

Periodic Effect Changes on Warlords of Draenor

Warlords of Draenor is about to make some sweeping changes to the way we play World of Warcraft -- in a way that is elegantly reducing those tiny little annoyances that we've dealt with for so long, we've nearly forgotten they were there. One of those items on the streamlining checklist has always been the matter of Damage over Time and Healing over Time spells. Unlike flat casts or attacks, DoTs and HoTs distribute both damage and healing evenly over a brief period of time, through periodic ticks of either damage or healing. These can be layered over direct damage and healing spells to deal more damage and boost those direct cast damage and heal spells to greater effect.
Sounds good, right? Yes and no. There are a few weird quirks with periodic damage spells -- casting a DoT while under the effect of a buff like a trinket proc currently means that every tick of that DoT will be boosted by that trinket proc -- even if the actual buff for the trinket has worn off, an effect called "snapshotting." In addition to this, haste modifies DoT and Hot uptime. The more haste you have, the faster your DoTs will tick. In some cases, stacking enough haste meant that your spell would actually get an additional tick of damage or healing -- which led many players to look for that mysterious magic number of haste that would allow this effect to occur.
Essentially, the developers have gone through and streamlined periodic effects and how they work for Warlords into an elegant solution that should require a lot less tracking, and a lot more paying attention to the world around you, and having fun with that world.

These eggs are then scattered around major cities for the citizenry to find. In additional, some prefer celebrate the festival in the traditional matter but others are interested in the collecting the Noblegarden chocolate and choosing the dress for occasion. Challenge Mode End of Season Update

Not long ago we were told by Blizzard that the current Challenge Modes are going away and a new set of CMs are awaiting for us in Warlords of Draenor. Today we have more details regarding this change and if you are still interested in Challenge Modes you should keep reading.
This “season” of Challenge Modes will be coming to an end with the upcoming release of a patch prior to the expansion’s release. The achievements the current CMs award will be converted to Feats of Strength. The reward items will still be available for purchase by those who qualified prior to the end of the season.
Gold: The cosmetic class sets will remain character-specific. Any character that has earned all nine Gold medals will still be able to repurchase the appropriate set, should they misplace theirs, from Challenger Soong or Challenger Wuli in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Any characters that have earned one or more “Challenger’s Path” teleport spells by earning Gold medals in Mists Challenge Modes will retain those spells.
Realm Best Titles: There are extremely limited titles that are held by the players who hold the best clear time for a given dungeon on a given server. Since those Challenge dungeons will no longer be available in Warlords of Draenor, their respective titles are also being permanently removed. There will be new Challenge dungeons in the upcoming Warlords season, and new titles for which to contend, however.

Garrosh Heirlooms have Bad Luck Protection

Garrosh has been killed captured many times over, thanks in part to the heirlooms that he drops. Everyone wants one, and players are frustrated at what is seen as a very low drop rate.
This is great news, and indeed, on my tenth kill of Garrosh on my shaman, my 14th kill across all characters on that account, my bad luck was finally protected, and I got my first heirloom. The message to keep at it is a good one, and maybe in time, as the expansion wears on, the game's tolerance for bad luck will be adjusted. Or people will have killed him so many times that they're drowning in heirlooms.
I'd love to know a little more about how bad luck protection works, too. How unlucky do you have to be, does getting one drop completely reset its count no matter how long that drop took to happen? How's your luck? For clarity, these heirlooms only drop from Flex and above.

Reality show cliffhanger, the Battle Over Bike in Azeroth Choppers

With American Chopper having been off the air since 2012 and nothing pressing happening with the World of Warcraft team other than a major expansion pack, now's the perfect time for Blizzard to tap world-famous motorized bicycle designer Paul Teutul, Jr. for a web-based reality show. It's Azeroth Choppers, you guys.
Two teams. Two choppers. Two fictional fantasy factions ferociously doing things that would fit in this statement much better if they began with the letter F. The winning side gets their bike made available in World of Warcraft. The loser still gets a real custom bike, so that's okay. The only way this could be more exciting is if they pulled the old reality show cliffhanger maneuver.
Reality show cliffhanger! What the hell did they say to that guy? Find out next week, on the next episode of Azeroth Choppers.

Across Draenor's savage jungles and battle-scarred plains, Azeroth's heroes will engage in a mythic conflict involving mystical draenei champions and mighty orc clans, and cross axes with the likes of Grommash Hellscream, Blackhand, and Ner'zhul at the height of their primal power. Players will need to scour this unwelcoming land in search of allies to help build a desperate defense against the old Horde's formidable engine of conquest—or else watch their own world's bloody, war-torn history repeat itself.

Rare WOW mounts are hard to get

Mount collecting in World of Warcraft is a common passion. There are some really beautiful designs out there, and showing off a rare collection is one of the ways in which people take pleasure from the game. A number of mounts are also a testament to dedication or skill in the game: the arena drakes, the Pureblood Fire Hawk, Invincible... for those who have earned them these mounts and others like them stand as a visual marker to their accomplishments.

For those of us who tend to be a bit behind on the raiding or PvP curve, there are still plenty of obtainable mounts out there. Some of them were formerly unattainable without groups, but thanks to the inevitable passage of time and rising of the level cap, the bosses which drop them are now soloable. Unfortunately, mounts tend to have a very low drop rate, so getting them can be a challenge of determination, diligence, and of course, luck.

How to do for scenario achievments

Firstly, you will need to download and install it. Then head into the game and just type in /oq, or hit the little oQ button you'll notice hovering around your minimap.
It works using your battletag, so don't be alarmed by suddenly receiving lots of friend requests, it will delete them again for you too, unless you choose to add them yourself. There is a checkbox at the bottom to only show premades you are qualified for: there are often premades with item level requirements, as you can see above.

As long as you meet the requirements, all you need to do is hit the "wait list" button. If it was successful, it will then change to a "pending" button, as you can see above. Then, just wait! And you can, of course, also create your own premade, using the "Create Premade" tab and inputting the details. It's all very straightforward, and it's not yet taken me longer than five minutes to find a premade for a heroic scenario.

Time-Lost Proto-Drake

I've heard many people mutter that Time-Lost Proto-Drake dedicated to finding it. Unlike the others, this isn't a mount to be farmed, so to speak. It has a 100% drop rate from its mob, it's just a question of finding that mob, which spawns very, very rarely and flies around Storm Peaks. It's one of the most beautiful of the proto-drake recolors, in my opinion, and someday I hope to claim it.
Are you a mount collector? What are the mounts you covet, and diligently farm? Have you gotten absurdly lucky and gotten one of them after a relatively short amount of time? Good luck to you!

Get Your Hearthstone Game on at a Fireside Gathering

Loremaster's Colors

Flying your Loremaster title proves you've been around the block; it's not like The Explorer, which you can hoof your way through even at level 1. Earning your Loremaster title means grinding out literally hundreds and hundreds of quests over every step of your journey through Azeroth, Outland and Northrend, from level 1 through level 80. It's the completist player's dream, a title that shows you've paid your dues in every zone at every level of the game.

We're not bringing this up now as just one more item to chuck into your pre-Cataclysm bucket list; indeed, The Loremaster won't be going anywhere in Cataclysm. While none of the numbers of quests required for completion have been adjusted yet to accommodate Cataclysm material, Blizzard has assured players not to worry about it. The Loremaster quest count has been updated before, so we should be confident that it will be adjusted again.

(You won't be able to reach the Vale until level 88 after a quest at the Temple of the White Tiger in Kun-Lai Summit. However, the quest line will eventually take you to your faction's city.) We do know that according to Ghostcrawler's tweet pictured above, it's not going to be

something that players can grab immediately. There is a peculiar and interesting aspect to

this whole chain, however, and it's in the form of Deathwing's meddling kiddo. That's

right; Wrathion is somehow involved in the chain, according to quest information found over

How to kill or protect the flag carrier at Warsong Gulch

From this basic description of how to play Warsong Gulch, it sounds like the flag carrier

is a fairly important role. That's because it is. Most of the effort in Warsong Gulch comes

down to trying to kill or protect the flag carrier.
If you're protecting your flag carrier, you have a few guidelines to follow. If you can

remove debuffs or heal the flag carrier, you want to do so. The entire enemy team is trying

to kill this person; making sure the FC is healthy and hale goes a long way toward

protecting him.Keep him clear of movement effects. When the enemy team swarms the FC, kill

their healers if you can. If the enemy DPS is mowing your FC down too fast, you might need

to use crowd control and other effects to stymie them.
If you're trying to kill the enemy flag carrier, start with movement reduction effects.

Most permanent CC is broken when you do damage, and the whole point is to kill the FC.

However, kill their healer first. If you don't kill the healer first, the FC will either

receive heals and be nigh unkillable, or they'll plant the flag while you're trying to

figure out what went wrong. Keep the movement reduction effects active on the FC so they

can't get away, but do your best to kill that healer.

Players are always paying more attention to PVP gears, but many players just love PVP gears. They love to raid in Battlegrounds, because it will bring them the sense of glory.  What is important, they will get full higher PVP gears. As the Patch 5.4, players can get full 550 PVP gears, that is so cool.

The mounts are still attracting. You can get mounts from 40 wins and 75 wins. Vicious War Steed (Alliance side) is a reward from 75 wins. Besides, this mount is not account-wide, but it can be mailed between characters. Thus, the character that wishes to use the mount must individually learn it.

Healing Mogu'shan Vaults Part 1 in the raid finder

Imagine my delight when I realized that the raid finder in the Mists of Pandaria beta was available for testing. The only instance available at the moment is Mogu'shan Vaults, but heck, who cares? I've been dying to get more practice in. I must've waited around 50 or so minutes before we had enough players to jump in. There were times where we had two tanks, six healers, and 11 DPSers. Other times we had 17 DPSers, 6 healers, and no tanks!
The raid finder for Mogu'shan Vaults has been split into two parts. You can't access the second half of it until you clear out the first three bosses in the first half.
I know that in the raid finder, the difficulty is drastically lowered. But even then, I had a ton of fun learning all these new encounters and losing with 1% wipes again. Be on the lookout for part 2, when I queue into the second half!
P.S. Monk healers are awesome.

Challenge Gold mode rewards - "end of season"

Blizzard has posted a blog detailing changes to the proposed "end-of-season" challenge mode rewards. They had previously posted a rather firm policy, detailing how this season's rewards would remain limited to those who'd previously earned them, and not be account wide. However, it seems they've changed their mind. Hit the break for the full post, as ever, but let's summarise the key points here:
The "Undaunted" title for all bronze medals will be account wide, so useable on any character.
The Pandaren Phoenix mounts earned with a full set of Silver medals will become account-wide.
If any character on your account has a full set of Silver medals, all four of the Pandaren Phoenixes (Crimson, Ashen, Violet, and Emerald) will become available to all characters.
Cosmetic sets will not be account wide. If you have all nine Gold medals, you can still buy the sets after the season ends on the character that earned the medals.
The "Challenger's Path" spells will be retained.
Realm Best titles will be permanently removed.

Connected Realms has been updated

The list of US realms slated for the Realm Connection service has been updated. But the schedule looks a little different now. Realm merges that were scheduled for last Thursday, April 10 are no longer scheduled for connection -- in fact, there are no scheduled realm connections at this point in time.

The realms listed below are on the list of future realm connections, but do not have a date set.
Drenden and Arathor
Nagrand and Caelestrasz
Blackwater Raiders and Shadow Council

The realms below are still postponed until "a Future Time" -- while still under consideration, it appears there are still no current plans to connect them.
Alterac Mountains and Balnazzar/Gorgonnash/The Forgotten Coast/Warsong
Elune and Gilneas
Sisters of Elune and Cenarion Circle
Does this mean the Realm Connection waves are finally over? Likely not -- there hasn't been an official announcement indicating that the service will no longer be implemented. Now that if want to buy wow gold or items or mounts, u will have a better choice.

Recruit-A-Friend Mount - Obsidian Nightwing

Heart of the Nightwing now available as Refer A Friend mount
Months ago, we heard the announcement that we'd be getting a new Recruit-A-Friend mount, the Obsidian Nightwing, which gives you the ability to turn into a winged panther and carry a friend on your back. The new mount is now available and can be redeemed and used in game. Note that this means the X-53 Touring Rocket is now retired and unavailable, like the Swift Zhevra before it.

To get the ability to turn into a flying cat, you'll need to refer a friend to WoW via the Recruit-A-Friend program, and that friend must pay for two months of game time. And yes, you can simply create your own second account and buy two months of game time to get the mount if you're impatient or all your friends already play WoW.

Cataclysm: Rage of the Firelands

In new Cataclysm, across the breadth of Azeroth, the Horde and the Alliance have dealt crushing blows to Deathwing's elemental minions and fanatic Twilight's Hammer cultists. Through it all, the Earthen Ring has never wavered from its tireless charge, holding Azeroth itself together amid the tidal fury and errant magical energies that churn at the Maelstrom. Yet as the elements continue their chaotic upheaval, it seems that the noble shamanic order might finally be on the verge of breaking beneath the great weight that rests on its shoulders. Even Thrall, for all of his wisdom and skill, has grown aggravated by his failure to effectively communicate with Azeroth's elements. Recently, his calls were acknowledged, but the malevolent entity that responded has only intensified Thrall's fears and doubts....

The great mount Corrupted Egg of Millagazor from the Fireland is almost attracted my eyes! To get from Glory of the Firelands Raider. Try now!

All kinds of WOW Professions leveling 1-600

Professions make player more fun in game, which enrich playing content. There are main 12 professions and 4 secondary skills. Now you can get all professions from 1-600.

If you prepare all materials for them, you can get that to 600 easier and faster. What is important, you must grab how to get professions to 600. Blacksmithing is the best combined with Mining and I highly recommend to level Mining and Blacksmithing together because you will need a lot of gold if you want to buy everything from Auction House. Check out the Mining leveling guide if you want to level Mining.
It will take a lot of dedication to get to the end and get those epic items. Also, like other crafting trades, the benefits only really start showing at the end, so this Blacksmithing guide will be a massive gold drain all the way up to 600.

If you want to challenge Brawler’s Guild RANK, your charater's PVE item lvl should be 475+ (DPS) and must gain access to your faction's Brawler's Guild.

The New mount: Hearthsteed

Hearthsteed looks like a magical Pegasus, with a nifty blue glowing effect. So when it is on, it attracts many players and they are pursuing to get that cool mount.

If you want to obtain this mount, you'll need to win three games against real, human opponents in Hearthstone's Play or Arena modes. At the meanwhile, you have to play enough Hearthstone to get a basic understanding of the game.

Good News, if you get the mount, any of your World of Warcraft characters will enjoy the "Hearthstoned" achievement.

Fire land Mounts

1. Corrupted Egg of Millagazor is a reward for completing the Dungeons & Raids meta-achievement Glory of the Firelands Raider. It looks like a purple firehawk with armor.

2. The Smoldering Egg of Millagazor apparently has a very high (100 %?) chance to drop on normal mode as well now.
I'd like confirmation on this, and would also like to know if this is an intended change or a bug to be fixed soon.

On a side note, I’d like to point out how frustrating this is, if it's an intended change, for everyone who farmed ragnaros heroic for this mount and went through a hard time there, or even for those who paid a lot of gold for a boost to get it, to see it a lot easier to get now.
I'm not saying that it's unfair to give everyone a chance to get this mount, all I’m saying is that if this was indeed an intended change, it would have saved a lot of people a lot of time and gold if this would have been announced sooner.

Invincible's Reins

Strategy for Lich King Heroic, to get his shiny Mount Invincible's Reins!
- As of Pandaria, all Mounts (except PVP Mounts) are BATTLE-NET Account Wide; this means EVERY Character of you can ride the Mount if you have it at least on one of them.
- To enter ICC, you have to be at least Level 80
- Lich King Heroic can be attempted even if you didn’t kill the pre bosses on heroic difficulty
- You should have at least 4-5 character's ready for this, the more you have, the better are your chances.

You should simply spread out in a close area and dps the lich king to 70% , just dodge the Shadow Traps, and bring the plaque into the shamblings / ghuls if you raid is good enough, if not, then it isn’t that bad at all. Just don’t walk into a trap, he's really dropping very fast.

Run at the outside, ALL Ranged DPS have to nuke on Lich King and kill the orb's, use Bloodlust and Nuke him on ~43%, if you can’t do this, then 47% or so is okay too, you have a little bit time after the first transition. But it’s important to NOT nuke him fewer than 40% as he will go into another transition, bug and kill you with massive raid dps!

Good luck for farming the wow Mount.

What about Honor Point

Some players are interested in PVE, but some in PVP. They are paying more attention to Rated Battlegrounds. They can get higher gears and rating to fight between players and get Sense of victory.

Honor points are one of the two new PvP currencies introduced in Patch 4.0.1. A higher level currency was also added called Conquest points to replace some higher level PvP tokens. Player can get the Honor points to change into PVP gears. As the Season 15 is on, player can get 522 Honor gears and have a more fun in game.
